Power and control panels, assembled and tested before installation
We build power and control panels, motor control centers (MCCs) and starters, and upgrade panels that have reached the end of their service life. Every panel is tested before it reaches your plant.
What it involves
A well-built panel starts with engineering: components with the right rating for the load and for the fault current where it is installed, room to grow and spare parts available on the market. The rest is clean assembly, labeled wiring and testing before it leaves the shop.
We build new panels for equipment and expansions, and upgrade existing panels when they overheat, have discontinued components or need to be integrated into a control or monitoring system.
When is it needed?
- You need a panel for new equipment or an expansion.
- Your panel is obsolete and spare parts are no longer available.
- The panel overheats or has had repeated failures.
- You want to replace starters with variable frequency drives.
- You need to integrate PLC control or metering for monitoring.
What it includes
The final scope is defined with you, based on your installation and what you need to solve.
Engineering
Electrical drawings, component selection and bill of materials, reviewed with you.
Assembly
Labeled, dressed and documented wiring, with components from brands supported in Mexico.
Shop testing
Verification of wiring, insulation and control logic before shipping to the plant.
Installation and start-up
Mounting, connection and commissioning during the agreed shutdown window.
Built-in metering
Option to include meters ready for energy monitoring.
Documentation
As-built drawings, component list and maintenance recommendations.
What we need to serve you
The basics are enough to quote. If you are missing some data, don't stop: we gather it on site as part of the service.
To carry out the work
Requested once the service is confirmed. We help you gather it.
- Existing single-line or electrical diagram.
- Motor nameplate data: power, voltage, current and starting method.
- Control signals and inputs and outputs, if the panel includes a PLC.
- Short-circuit current at the connection point, to define the interrupting capacity.
- Site conditions: indoor or outdoor, dust, humidity and temperature.
- Shutdown window available for installation and start-up.
Your information is treated as confidential and is used only for your project.
Studies with measurements at your plant
We measure directly at your facility and deliver interpreted results with clear recommendations.
Load and demand profile
We record how your facility consumes energy over days or weeks: peak demand, peak hours and behavior by shift.
Useful for: sizing a new transformer or switchboard, checking whether your contracted demand is right and planning expansions.
Electrical diagnostics of motors and equipment
We check voltage, current, imbalance and harmonics on the equipment supply while it runs.
Useful for: motors that overheat or trip, drives with repeated faults and checking equipment before accepting it.
How the service is performed
Engineering
We define the scope, drawings and components with you.
Assembly
We build the panel in our shop with labeled wiring.
Testing
We test the complete panel before shipping it.
Installation and start-up
We install and start it up during the shutdown window.
What people ask us most
Which brands do you work with?
With your plant's standard brands or, if you don't have one, we propose options with spare parts available in Mexico.
Can a panel be upgraded without replacing the enclosure?
In many cases, yes: the internal components are replaced and the enclosure is kept. We define it after inspecting it.
Do you provide drawings?
Yes. Every panel is delivered with its as-built drawings and component list.
Do I need a short circuit study?
It is recommended to select the correct interrupting capacity. If you don't have one, we can calculate the specific point where the panel will be installed.
Do you have a case at your plant?
Tell us what you need to solve and what information you have. A specialist will reply with the scope and next steps.
