★ Flagship service · Monthly service

Your energy, monitored, with a specialist behind every alarm.

Continuous monitoring of your service entrance, contracted demand, power quality against the Grid Code and consumption by area. When the system detects something, we receive it, analyze it and contact you with what is happening and what to do.

How the direct line works

You don't watch screens. We do.

The system measures all day. Our team handles every alarm and you receive an explanation, not a chart.

1

The system detects an alarm

Power quality, demand or consumption out of the normal range.

2

We receive and analyze it

A specialist reviews what caused it and how serious it is.

3

We contact you with what is happening

We explain the cause and what we recommend doing.

4

If it is a failure, we act

We immediately send you the proposal or the emergency service order.

The problem

Why this program exists

Most plants don't make poor electrical decisions for lack of judgment, but for lack of measurement. Without data on real behavior, overconsumption is discovered on the bill, and failures once they have already stopped the line.

Bills that rise without explanation

Costs grow but no one knows which area, process or shift is causing it.

Demand and power factor charges

Peaks and low power factor that turn into recurring charges.

Invisible power quality

Harmonics, unbalance and voltage sags that no one is measuring.

No evidence for the Grid Code

Not knowing whether you comply until an inspection arrives.

What we monitor

Everything energy-related, in one program

These are the energy systems in our demo room. In the program, each one is configured to what your installation needs and our team handles what they detect.

Calidad de energía contra Código de Red e IEEE 519
Service entrance · Grid Code

Power quality against the Grid Code and IEEE 519

We measure at the same point where CFE bills, with a Class A analyzer. Each parameter is checked against the applicable standard: voltage, power factor, unbalance and harmonic distortion, with a written verdict.

What we do in the program: if something is out of standard, we identify the probable cause, propose the correction and keep the evidence for any inspection.

Demanda cada 15 minutos acercándose a la contratada
Contracted demand

An alert before a single interval sets the monthly charge

A single 15-minute interval can set the demand charge for the entire month. The system projects the current interval and alerts you while load can still be shifted. It also rebuilds your bill before it arrives.

What we do in the program: we tell you which load is pushing demand and what is best to defer, and review with you whether your contracted demand is correct.

Voltage events

Every voltage sag, with date, time and evidence

Each event is plotted on the ITIC curve: whether or not it could trip a process, with its probable origin (utility grid or internal installation).

What we do in the program: if the origin is the grid, we prepare the evidence to resolve it with CFE; if it is internal, the proposal to correct it.

Submetering by building or area

Who uses the demand and who caused the peak

One meter per building, area or line. You know how much each one consumes, at what time, and who caused the peak or the low power factor CFE is going to charge.

What we do in the program: we deliver the allocation with evidence from the measured interval, so each penalty is charged to whoever caused it.

Rental properties

Each tenant's bill, without guesswork

One meter per apartment or unit, common areas allocated fairly and alerts on unusual consumption: appliances left on in empty spaces, leaks or unauthorized connections.

What we do in the program: every month we deliver the bill per tenant ready to send and alert you to any unusual consumption.

Alarms we handle

Every alarm comes with an explanation

Examples of what the system detects and what our team does with each alert.

Demand at 95% of contracted

We identify which load is pushing it and tell you what to defer before the interval closes.

Harmonics above IEEE 519 limits

We check for possible resonance with the capacitor bank and the transformer loading, and propose the correction.

Low power factor

We locate the cause (capacitor bank offline, damaged stage or new load) before it is penalized on the bill.

Voltage sag outside the ITIC zone

We confirm whether it could have tripped a process and prepare the evidence for CFE or the internal proposal.

Demand peak in one building

We tell you who caused it and how to allocate the penalty with evidence.

Abnormal consumption after hours

We detect equipment left on without use, leaks or unauthorized connections, and alert you immediately.

How it is implemented

Four connected stages

Each stage feeds the next. We don't hand over a report and leave.

01

Diagnosis and metering points

We survey the service entrance, substations and panels; we review your billing and define what to measure and where.

02

Installation and commissioning

Analyzers and meters with minimal, coordinated downtime, validated readings and a baseline of normal behavior.

03

Continuous monitoring and analysis

We track power quality, demand and consumption by area; each deviation is interpreted before it is escalated.

04

Correction and verification

Specialized studies when needed, execution of the correction and verification with the same system.

What the monthly service includes

Measurement, analysis and response

  • Design of the metering scheme tailored to your installation
  • Baseline measurement on site before installation, to set reference values and alarms
  • Installation and configuration of the metering equipment
  • Continuous monitoring of power quality, demand and consumption by area
  • Technical analysis of each deviation by our specialists
  • Interpreted alerts, not automatic alarms without context
  • Periodic report with conclusions and recommendations
  • Evidence for the Grid Code and for clarifications with CFE
  • Documented technical proposal before any correction
What your operation gains

Real visibility

You know what each area consumes and why, with data, not perceptions.

Fewer avoidable charges

Demand under control and power factor corrected before it is penalized.

Early detection

Deviations are addressed before they become failures.

Grounds for investment

Technical information that justifies and prioritizes every electrical investment.

When needed, we perform power quality, short circuit, Arc Flash and protection coordination studies.
